Our client’s solutions empower engineering teams to integrate privacy considerations into the SDLC process – from planning through to post-deployment. They believe that by building their product for Data Privacy & AI Governance they can solve the world’s most critical and challenging problems of trust and safety in data and AI-driven enterprise on behalf of every person. In their view, serving the developer community is the fastest way to facilitate truly respectful systems. While the company believes in technical approaches to better privacy, they understand legal teams hold ultimate accountability for regulatory compliance in most organizations. Our client makes it easy to follow the law by reducing the manual effort needed for privacy rights fulfillment, and by providing first-class proprietary reporting tools to validate compliance practices.

About the Role

At its core, this role is problem-solving for the largest institutions in the world on the most important problems facing society across the most technically complex infrastructure. Customers come to our client to govern and protect petabytes of user, employee, and customer data across the world’s largest publishers, technology companies, social media platforms, and financial institutions — our client empowers them to scale their data processing safely with trust and ethics at their core. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning these client needs into reality.

As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll work as part of a team of Privacy Engineers and Product Managers to deploy our client’s Governance Operating System, to solve the most challenging problem our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize business needs into a cohesive set of requirements across your client base by forming an understanding of the most important problem and the most effective integration points to maximize the impact of our client’s technology for their clients, users, and the general public.

Deployment Strategists are leaders who immerse themselves in the customer’s business processes, data, and software infrastructure as partners with their clients, identifying the critical issues, designing the best path forward, and solving their most pressing governance challenges to enable data and AI-driven growth. In this role, the problems you’ll tackle will require strong program and project management capabilities, a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for the product, and a strong degree of empathy for non-technical and technical clients to empower them to use our client’s technology with maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own your client engagements end-to-end from C-suite strategic relationships to tactical execution across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Identify and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and integration teams to assure the successful integration of our client’s solution.
  • Work with clients to build bespoke integrations, product features and capabilities.
  • Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs, and to ensure it is being used widely enough to have maximum impact.
  • Present the results of our work and recommendations on data privacy and governance matters on an ongoing basis.
  • Build and deliver product demonstrations to new and existing clients.
  • Act as a product strategist sitting between clients and internal product and engineering teams to make insight-driven platform improvements to our client’s product.
  • Scope out potential deployment engagements with new clients and in new industries as our client expands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, computer science or a related technical field.
  • Experience in a related field, such as consulting, program or product management.
  • Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and project/program and product management tools.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.

Our Client’s Values:

  • Value team members who are never satisfied with the easy answer.
  • Value the desire to dive into the details of trust, data and AI.
  • Value low ego because the outcome matters more than who gets the credit.
  • An extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems and drive structured results in unstructured environments.
  • Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow.
  • Experience with program/project management, enterprise consulting, data and product management.
