About the Role
You will be at the forefront of critical, high-stakes deployments, working alongside our client’s sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure their software is seamlessly integrated into complex, mission-critical environments. From pre-sales solution design to post-sales implementation, you’ll guide clients through the entire journey, delivering strategic value and driving lasting impact with leading global institutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements during sales cycles to design tailored deployment strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Engage in a consultative capacity with customers to identify their biggest problems and the critical questions they must answer.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, guiding them through complex problem-solving and translating their needs into actionable solutions.
- Partner with our client’s Forward Deployed Engineers during the implementation of their products for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment with measurable impact.
- Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs and having concrete impact on their data operations.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, helping expand our client’s footprint within key accounts.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or similar client-facing roles, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level solution design.
- Expertise in guiding complex technical deployments, ideally within data-driven, software-based environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity and designing innovative solutions.
- A thorough knowledge of data governance and privacy rules and regulations in the US and abroad.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives.
- A deep understanding of both technical and business challenges, with the ability to articulate how our client’s software can address them.
