About the Role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join their team. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with the company’s largest and most strategic customers. You will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities, using a consultative sales approach, and delivering on revenue targets. 

Key Respons ibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in restaurant groups to acquire new accounts and expand the portfolio of chains with 10-100 locations. 
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan targeting prospects by working collaboratively with leadership and internal teams. 
  • Lead the complete sales cycle by identifying new opportunities within the desired target, focusing on landing and expanding opportunities. 
  • Build and foster relationships with strategic contacts to retain and grow existing revenue. Identify, propose, and close new opportunities to drive business growth. 
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop compelling and analytical value propositions that address core issues.   
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve sales goals and quotas. 
  • Discover new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships. 
  • Identify and qualify new enterprise-level accounts through a combination of outbound and inbound lead generation efforts. 
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas consistently. 
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity and pipeline to the sales leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. 

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience of selling to full service mid market restaurant chains. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a similar discipline, or a combination of degree and experience, preferred. 
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience in B2B sales, with a focus on large accounts. 
  • Excellent communicator able to foster strong customer relationships with demonstrated success working with key external and internal partners across departments such as Client Success, Marketing, and Implementation.  
  • Strong relationship-building skills at the C-Suite levels and above. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 
  • Possess positive demeanor, is self-motivated, and has strong organizational skills.
