Our client uses data and AI to design interactive ad creative, optimized to perform. Their unique algorithms build the best-performing media buying strategies for customers. Our client’s platform uses generative AI, including voice dictation of campaign execution, to make smarter creative, campaign, and optimization decisions. They recently raised a funding round to fund the growth of their platform with direct clients and is now looking to build out its US presence and client base for that offering.

About the role:

The Sales Director will be responsible for delivering consistent booking results in their territory. Reporting to the President and Head of US, this person will play a key role in driving North American brand expansion through customer acquisition and revenue growth.   • Deliver net new and upsell bookings within the assigned territory 
  • Effectively cultivate and develop a robust pipeline 
  • Run a fundamentally sound sales process from lead acquisition to close 
  • Engage professional services, account management, and client success to ensure a successful implementation and a happy, referenceable customer. 
  • Accurate revenue forecasting throughout the deal cycle


  • Minimum 8 years of end to end sales experience selling SaaS-based marketing technology solutions 
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms on a pure MRC/ARC basis – less desirable is media uplift models / platform baked into media spend
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable. 
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies eg MEDDIC, Value Selling and a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively.
  • Demonstrated consistent quota attainment handling quotas of at least $1.2 million in net new business.
  • Successful sales experience in an early-stage startup Desirable SaaS sales experience in areas such as creative workflow, Creative optimization, Digital Asset Management (DAM), A/B testing, personalization, attribution and ad measurement solutions etc.
  • Recent client history selling to the CMO chain of command in CPG, Travel, Beauty, Financial services, Retail and other consumer focused verticals.
