SaaS sellers – When discussing deal, quota and performance history – Be consistent across all roles in interviews and on your resume. Do not mix and match terms across different positions.

Quotas – Choose Annual, quarterly or monthly and stick to that across all roles

Actual Deal sizes – Choose ACV or TCV. If you use TCV state the number of years in term.

Also for Average Deal sizes, do remember they can be misleading and undermine what you are truly capable of. To avoid this, add deal size range too.
