The Role
Our client is hiring a Manager, Demand Generation to own and operate our inbound demand engine. This role is accountable for producing qualified MQLs and converting them into meetings and pipeline at target efficiency.

You will design, launch, and optimize product-led and inbound campaigns that support our client’s pipeline goals. This is a hands-on execution role with direct ownership of campaign performance, funnel metrics, and attribution. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and SDRs to ensure inbound demand aligns with ICP priorities and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

Inbound Campaign Execution
● Own the planning and execution of inbound and product-led campaigns.
● Launch and iterate campaigns that generate high-intent MQLs and meetings.
● Ensure messaging aligns with product narratives and buyer needs.

Funnel & Conversion Ownership
● Own MQL volume, quality, and conversion to meetings.
● Diagnose and improve funnel performance using data and experimentation.
● Maintain high standards for lead quality and handoff to Sales.

Measurement & Attribution
● Ensure all inbound demand is accurately attributed to meetings and pipeline.
● Maintain clean tracking, reporting, and campaign hygiene.
● Partner with analytics and tooling vendors to improve data quality.

Operational Discipline
● Run campaigns efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
● Document repeatable inbound programs that scale into future quarters.
● Adapt quickly as priorities, messaging, or targets change.

Compensation Range: $130,000 – $155,000 / year (depending on experience)
