Your resume’s structure should look a little like an upside-
down pyramid. The most recent experience should get
the most space. The further back the experience,
the less real estate it gets. This often doesn’t
happen as people tend to dust off the old
resume and just add the new job to
the top. It’s a good idea to check
check to see if is balanced
and to summarize as
“other experience”
anything
20+ yrs
back.
